Heather Locklear was born on September 25 of 1961 in Westwood, California, USA as Heather Deen Locklear. She is an actor, producer, and is famous for Melrose Place (1992), The Perfect Man (2006) and The Return of Swamp Thing (89). She was previously married with Tommy Lee and Richie Sambora. Richie Sambora, her ex-husband is a Bon Jovi member. Ava Locklear, aka Ava Elizabeth Sambora was her daughter. Her birth date was October 4th, 1997 along with Richie Sambora.
